Video Summary
A 69-year-old man with persistent abdominal pain and elevated liver enzymes was found incidentally to have severe tricuspid regurgitation during a liver biopsy. Cardiac MRI revealed a large right ventricular mass attached to the free wall and tricuspid valve, filling about half the RV and causing septal flattening and severe TR without RV outflow obstruction. Tissue characterization showed intermediate T1, high T2 signal, and progressive centripetal contrast enhancement, suggesting a vascular, partially encapsulated tumor—most likely a cardiac hemangioma. Surgery confirmed the diagnosis, and the patient recovered well.
