They achieved cardiac gating in nearly all cases and obtained usable 4D flow data in five. Results showed visualization of fetal blood pathways and preliminary flow quantification, supporting Doppler-gated MRI as a promising tool for studying normal and abnormal fetal cardiovascular development.
