Video Summary
The study evaluated myocardial T-RAF2 mapping, a low-SAR rotating-frame MRI method, on a clinical 3T scanner. Using phantom and healthy-volunteer tests, the team found the sequence feasible, accurate, and highly reproducible. Maps showed good sensitivity to tissue composition, homogeneous myocardium values, and no visible B1+ or B0 artifacts. A 3-parameter fit model generally gave lower, more consistent values than a 2-parameter fit. Overall, T-RAF2 appears promising for non-contrast cardiac scar assessment with clinically acceptable SAR.
